1. Collab bot is a software application designed to guide users on how to use Collab as well as answer basic common questions.
2. Click on Collab bot icon on red highlighted area to prompt chat box.
3. Click on 'Start Chat' on green highlight area to start conversation.
3. There are 2 type of question user that user can get the answer for.
4. This is example question user can ask regarding knowledge retrieval.
