Steps:
1. Open whiteboard.
2. Select menu.
3. Select save.
4. Select the thumb drive.
5. Rename and select the file type to save.
6. Select save to keep the file.
7. To open the saved files, go to menu in whiteboard.
8. Select open.
9. Select thumb drive and navigate to the saved files to open the files.
